This is a proposed outline for our Corporate Training Programme on Leadership Skills.

2-DAY TRAINING PROGRAMME OUTLINE

LEAD WITH IMPACT

 

Programme Objective

 

The objective of this training programme is to help participants understand themselves and those they lead so that they are able to build good relationships with their followers and motivate/inspire them to give their best.

 

Training Outcomes

 

After attending this programme, participants will be able to do the following:

  • Understand people and know how to interact with them
  • Understand and apply various leaderships styles
  • Motivate people using what is most important to them
  • Inspire people with a higher sense of purpose
  • Get the most out of people as “genius makers”

 

Methodology

 

Participants will learn through a variety of activities:

  • Interactive lectures with simple exercises
  • Paired and group activities

 

Value Added

 

Besides the 2-day programme (with course materials), participants will receive:

  • Simple assignments to work on after the programme
  • A free 3-hour follow-up session (online) on a date to be specified later
