This is a proposed outline for our Corporate Training Programme on Presenting Online.

2-DAY TRAINING PROGRAMME OUTLINE

STAND OUT ONLINE

 

Programme Objective

 

The objective of this training programme is to help participants gain confidence and skills to engage a virtual audience as a speaker, presenter or facilitator. (The programme itself will be conducted online via Zoom or a similar platform.)

 

Training Outcomes

 

After attending this programme, participants will be able to do the following:

  • Perform effectively as a speaker/presenter, online
  • Utilize slides effectively
  • Craft an optimal programme based on the established learning sequence
  • Incorporate games and activities
  • Manage energy levels and lead a programme from start to end

 

Methodology

 

Participants will learn through a variety of activities:

  • Interactive lectures with simple exercises
  • Individual presentations with active coaching
  • Group activities (in breakout rooms)

 

Value Added

 

Besides the 2-day programme (with course materials), participants will receive:

  • Simple assignments to work on after the programme
  • A free 3-hour follow-up session on a date to be specified later
